Cortana is coming to iOS and those who want to try it out can sign up for the beta program

Microsoft has been testing Cortana for iOS for a few months, and now the company will let iOS users to try out the beta version of the app.

As a personal assistant, Cortana helps the users to be more productive by completing certain tasks, such as delivering reminders, scheduling events, sending emails and more.

“Your life is not limited to one device, and neither is your digital assistant,” Microsoft said.

Microsoft’s personal assistant is available on Windows PC 10, and it’s also available as a public beta in the Google Play Store.

“Cortana is with you on your Windows 10 PC, tablet, and phone—helping you whenever and wherever you need it. But we also know that there’s a choice of mobile devices out there, so we want help from our Windows Insiders to make sure she’s a great personal assistant on iOS too,” the company added.

Users that want to try Cortana, need to keep in mind that Cortana for iOS won’t come will all the features as on Windows 10 and Android.

Sign-ups for beta program begins, and iOS users who want to try Cortana personal assistant can fill out a short survey and for now, sign-ups are limited to users in the US and China. The company will start sending the emails with download links soon, but the number of users will be limited.
