Samsung Galaxy A52 is gearing up for a launch in India, a country that has a large number of Samsung loyalists. According to an exclusive report published last week, the production process of the phone is in full swing at the Greater Noida facility of the company in India. The panel images of the phone, which have come out recently, offer a good glimpse of the rear design and frame of the device.
According to the visuals, Samsung Galaxy A52 features quad cameras which can be seen as a part of a rectangular module at the rear end. Towards the bottom, one can see a Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The mid-range or ‘budget’ phones, as they have come to be known as, launched by Samsung tend to have a glossy finish.
The company, perhaps, believes that the target customer base for such phones finds this ‘glossiness’ appealing and that explains why the Samsung Galaxy A52 sports a similar design or look. As of now, there is information about the phone being launched in ‘black’ color but it could be launched in other color variants in the future.
Though the panel images give a good amount of information about the Samsung Galaxy A52, one can’t see the display screen very clearly in the pictures. Leaked renders have, however, brought to the fore further information about the phone. There is a punch-hole screen positioned at the center and thin bezels. On the right-hand side, one can see the volume rocker and power buttons prominently. As there is no sign of a physical fingerprint sensor in the pictures, one could assume that the phone would feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.
As far as the specifications are concerned, there are rumors about the presence of a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display screen. While the flagship model is expected to support 5G connectivity, there will be another 4G model as well. The 5G model is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC processor and the 4G model could feature a Snapdragon 720G processor. There is no confirmed information on RAM and storage space yet.
With measurements of 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4mm, the Samsung Galaxy A52 is likely to come with a high-resolution sensor, a depth sensor, ultra-wide-angle lens. The price of the device is rumored to be close to $499.
